Enchanting Historical Walking Tour in Avignon

Description

My tour, Enchanting Avignon: History and Legend, goes beyond the typical historical walk—it’s a journey through time, blending fascinating history with captivating legends. My goal is to bring Avignon’s medieval past to life, from the grandeur of the Popes’ Palace to the secrets hidden in the city’s ancient streets. What sets this experience apart is the balance between historical facts, engaging anecdotes, and local insights. You’ll hear the untold stories behind the city’s iconic landmarks, learn about its unique Provençal culture, and discover hidden corners that most visitors overlook. To ensure the best experience, I provide audio headsets so everyone can hear clearly, making it ideal for all travelers (you can bring your own 3.5mm earphone if you have any) Note: I am a local guide with a passion for history, not a professional historian. Access to churches depends on their schedules and is not guaranteed (Mondays particularly).
