River trekking is a discipline that has recently been spreading in Italy and consists of walking stretches of streams and rivers, diving into pools of crystal clear water and swimming or letting yourself be carried away by the current. Similar to canyoning, however in river trekking the use of harnesses or ropes is not foreseen, because less demanding stretches are run. It is therefore a fun, exciting and suitable activity for everyone, ideal for fully experiencing nature!
