Description
This tour includes admission to the Alcázar, a truly majestic palace which is the oldest royal one in Europe still in use, being the residence of the kings of Spain when they visit Seville. Next, we’ll visit the Cathedral, which houses the keys from Seville that were received by the king Ferdinand III, who established Christianity in the city during the Reconquest. After visiting both monuments, we’ll take a stroll through Santa Cruz, a picturesque neighborhood steeped in legends and traditions. After lunch, we’ll continue visiting sites such as the City Hall, where you’ll learn about the origin of the Seville flag, Salvador Square and Cabildo Square, which turns into a market selling stamps and antiques on Sundays. We’ll continue our tour along the Guadalquivir River, from which we’ll be able to see the Golden Tower, then pass by the Alfonso XIII Hotel and the Royal Tobacco Factory, ending at the beautiful María Luisa Park.
