Embark on a full-day tour exploring Transylvania's history, authentic farm life and spectacular landscapes. Along the way you will have the chance to learn about the cultural diversity and explore some hidden gems of the region. We will firstly visit Cârța's 13th-century Cistercian Monastery – the place where the action of movie “The Nun” is happening. Afterwards we will explore the impressive Cincu mediaval church with its 49m tower and unique altar. Pastoring is one of the oldest activities of the Romanian population. Transylvania, through its hard-working people is still conserving the traditional sheparding. In Seliștat, you will experience an authentic sheepfold visit and taste fresh milk products. We’ll have a short hike through Movile's unique natural mounds and learn local legends. Before the sunset we will go on a horse-drawn carriage ride along the beautiful village Stejărișu. An immersive tour that will awaken all your senses!
