Immersive winery visit, tasting and meal planchette

Description

I welcome you to the cellar, where we will begin the tasting of our wines. We will enjoy an explanatory video on the making of Alsace wines. I then take you to visit the family winery dating from 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels, which we still use to wine our wines. We have a scenographic space within the cellar with 180° immersive video projected on barrels - unique in France. This film is not a remake of what can be found to this day when we tell the work of the vine...But a film about my rich personal history, and my philosophy of work. All projected into the cellar, on oak barrels 100 years old at 180°. We will finish the tasting in our dining bar area. Guests can enjoy a mixed board to share (cheese, fish and cold meats). Possibility to take a vegetarian version (notify us in advance).
