I’m Edo. I personally designed this experience, and I’ll be the one hosting you. I’m not a large tour operator, but a local who lives food and wine every day. Forget tourist places and rushed stops. Spend a slow half-day with me exploring where locals really eat, discovering the everyday food culture of Turin most visitors never experience. We’ll visit small artisanal places as an elegant pastry shop, a family-run bakery, a tiny chocolate laboratory, a small alpine cheese stall and a rustic trattoria. You’ll taste the full spectrum of Piedmontese flavors: from savory appetizers and regional wines to delicate pastries and rich chocolate creations.
