I’m Edo. I personally designed this experience, and I’ll be the one hosting you. I’m not a large tour operator, but a local who lives food and wine every day. This small-group wine tour from Turin, intentionally kept intimate with just 4 guests, is ideal for travelers seeking a slow-paced wine experience in Piedmont, away from crowded wineries. Leave the city behind and explore Canavese, a hidden wine area just north of Turin that most visitors, and even many Italians, never see. You’ll visit two family-run wineries, meet the winemakers, and enjoy guided tastings surrounded by vineyard-covered hills and Alpine scenery. The experience highlights two distinctive wines of the area: Erbaluce di Caluso, a crisp, mineral white, and Carema, a rare alpine red made from Nebbiolo grapes grown on steep stone terraces.
