Discover the history & tradition of Modena’s Famous “Black Gold” – Balsamic Vinegar, Ferrari Museum, and Parmigiano Reggiano Factory: An Unforgettable Trip! Together with our english certified driver you will leave Verona early morning, to reach the magic Food Valley of Italy. Our day begins with a visit to a renowned Parmigiano Reggiano dairy, where you’ll witness the art of cheese-making and savor the rich flavors of this iconic Italian cheese. then, we will visit one of Modena’s oldest traditional balsamic vinegar families. The owner will welcome you, touring his real estate and seeing all the stages of production from the pressing of grapes to the barrel aging. The experience includes plenty of vinegar samples and you’ll taste some very old vinegars, more then 50 y.old, too. A delicious FULL lunch will be served, too. In the afternoon visit the glorious Ferrari Museum. This museum focuses on the auto manufacturer’s history and production. Back in Verona late afternoon.
