I grew up in my family's restaurant in a small village in León, trained at the Basque Culinary Center and have worked in kitchens across Spain and Ireland. Today, I bring that experience directly to your accommodation, wherever you are in Lanzarote. Come closer and watch the chef at work, discovering the secrets behind each dish. Enjoy it as a private cooking class. Or simply relax with a glass in your hand and let the evening unfold.
